This means turning dividends that have not yet been received into liquid assets that can be traded right now In simple terms, Robinhood turns real stocks into on-chain tokens, and Fletch then splits each stock into two parts: Principal Token: holding it allows you to steadily receive fixed dividend yields Yield Token: specifically represents future dividends. You can sell it now for cash, trade it, use leverage, or hedge risks It mainly solves the problems of traditional markets where dividends are too slow and cannot be flexibly managed. Fletch allows users to sell several months' worth of dividends at once and get cash immediately. Additionally, because many people only want dividend yield but do not want to bear stock price fluctuations, or conversely, want to purely bet on dividends, Fletch completely separates the two, allowing users to play with only one part Furthermore, on-chain RWA lacks a yield layer.
