These terms apply when you use WALPHA and take part in its rewards program. By signing in you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

WALPHA is provided as is. Nothing on WALPHA is financial advice.

The rewards program

The rewards program is discretionary. Its rules, amounts and eligibility can change or stop at any time.

Which posts count

Only your own posts count. Anti-abuse limits and duplicate checks apply, and rewards can be withheld for abuse or manipulation.

Payouts

Payouts are made in SOL to the address you provide. You are responsible for that address being correct and yours. On-chain transfers are irreversible.

No guarantees

There is no guarantee of reward amounts or timing. Taxes on anything you receive are your responsibility.

Your X account

You need an X account to take part, and you must follow X's rules.

Liability

WALPHA's liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
