Speculation and hype are great for building anticipation, but it’s always better to underpromise and overdeliver than the other way around. That’s the mistake most AI companies make. They hype a model endlessly before launch, only for the excitement to fade quickly once it finally drops. Sometimes, it’s better to simply drop the model and let the hype come from the surprises.
